Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase (video tutorials), you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 120 days from the purchase date. *This only valid if you purchase one or a couple items to try them out and not satisfied.*

We refunds you upto maximum of three download items.

For group class, you need to notify us at least three weeks before the actual class date to get refund minus transaction and reversal fee. If you want to cancel after the grace period, you will get refund in store credits (gumroad.com/xiataptara) minus fees and fifty dollars (USD) bacause the class has limited seats and we won't be able to replace it in time.
